Our mission

NPM Capital is committed to being the preferred investor for qualified entrepreneurs in the Benelux. NPM Capital dedicates itself to providing an enterprising environment in which entrepreneurs feel at home and valued.

We view it as our responsibility to do our utmost to stimulate and facilitate the enterprises in which we invest.

We fulfil this responsibility through activities including: 

• Promoting the alignment of the (financial) interests of both the management and the shareholder
  
• Nominating supervisory directors who have an enterprising spirit themselves and are well versed in the sector
  
• Offering support to develop an enterprising strategy aimed at further developing the company and providing growth capital for a possible buy & build
  
• Supporting the actual implementation of this strategy, for example by making specialised knowledge and contacts available in order to improve the business operations and by nominating suitable acquisition candidates
  
• Enabling entrepreneurs to benefit form the expertise and experience of other companies, in part by organising theme conferences.
